We have made a digital timetable. We put in all the things we need to do like reading,maths and writing. We would put it at the time we would want like 12pm then when it is 12pm we do the activity. On the Moana Learning Hub our class website, click 'Home', then scroll down to the clock and click the clock. This will open up your timetable and you can fill it in with workshops,activities and work you need to get done. 
I think it helps alot because I am more organised and I know what I am meant to be doing.
This is what the google form for workshop sign up looks like. I know what workshops to sign up for because I know my levels and my goals.
